$BRN gets green light for preferred float. SEC cleared BRN’s shelf registration for P5bn worth of preferred shares, which may be issued in one or more tranches within 3 years. For the initial tranche,

BRN will offer 10mn preferred shares priced at P100/share, with over allotment option of up to 5mn pref. shares.  Proceeds will finance BRN’s real estate projects, land banking, Irradiation Solutions’ capex & other general corporate needs.
